Starting another demolition project in New Windsor for a repeat customer. A while back we took down the old barn here and now taking down the shop/garage to excavate for a new shop to be built. We will also be installing a culvert pipe and eventually a driveway along with a big swale and grading work. Happy Monday!

Wrapped up this pretty big but awesome project for 2 of my favorite customers out in Rohresville. They want me to come rockhound it then hes going to seed everything and shell finally have her pasture to bring her horse home!
Project consisted of heavy clearing and grubbing, barn pad, a channel drain and drainage work, a good amount of dirt brought in, and mass grading. 🤗🤙

Things are coming along nicely for the driveway and surrounding grading. Got a good bit done today, the pads completely done so they're ready for the concrete crew!
Wrapping up on the building pad getting it nice and compacted and also working on the new driveway which is going to be elevated to match the existing road and grade behind it and compacting that in lifts also. Were then going to install a culvert pipe from a swale well install and put stone on it later down the road. Being very productive today thankfully. 🤗💪

Hauling in 23 loads of dirt today to backfill the garage we dug and backfill and grade surrounding area for JT Custom Builders out in Mt. Airy. 💪🤙
Ripped out one of the big stumps that was in our way of the building pad, still have a big tree to take down monday thats in the way of the driveway. Started compacting lifts back up where the stump was and started working on the shop pad for this residential customer out in New Windsor. Back at it on Monday. 🤙💪 All cat everything. (minus the roller) 🤣
Ran some rain litres the other day for our builder buddy out in Mt. Airy. Got them done and backfilled and then had 5 loads of dirt hauled in to start working on the grading to get prepped for next Wednesday when well be doing concrete in back of the garage and a new concrete driveway, touch up grading work with a load of screened topsoil and well be done this one. 💪🤗
Tanks set and temp piped until Monday when well have pump wired up and lines ran to start working towards the 5 drain fields and D box. 🤗
New septic today! 1500 gallon holding tank with a 1000 gallon pump tank to run a long stretch uphill to 5 drain fields 48 foot long each. 🤗

We wrapped up a good equestrian project out in Lovettsville, VA. Had to come in and fix a previous contractors mistakes which happens not everyones perfect. We dug up the 15" ADS drain pipe and elevated it so it would actually drain into the pond, added stone that was non existent and backfilled and graded. We also installed a french drain and stone dust for a walkway to access all the paddocks and riding arena to avoid mud and dirt going back and forth. We added #2 stone at all infalls and outfalls and graded everything, adding a horse blend grass mix and strawed disturbed areas. 🤗
