MRP’s unique approach to treating addiction in Harford County Maryland was established in 1999 by Ron and Marie Hildebrand who had the idea to provide affordable housing for those leaving a 28 day treatment program and having nowhere to go and limited resources. They were able to build their idea into 8 individual homes in the beautiful small town of Bel Air, Md. with a central administrative office in town. Since that point MRP decided to partner up with Maryland IOP Partners and create a combined service of treatment and housing. Maryland IOP Partners was created with the client in mind from the ground up. Through all of the changes in the treatment field, MIOPP stands for quality, cost effective and safe outpatient treatment with a strong housing component.
