While cleaners are clothing care experts, they also know a thing or two about household textiles, which, in addition to bedspreads and comforters, include draperies and curtains, blankets, upholstery, slipcovers, decorative pillows, and heirloom textiles.
To protect and prolong the beauty of your household textiles remember these basic tips:
1 - Protect all furnishings from sunlight, fumes, and pets.
2 - Damage, like tears, should be repaired immediately.
3 - Vacuum and/or brush to remove dust regularly.
4 - Follow the manufacturer's cleaning recommendations.
5 - Do not allow the item to become extremely soiled, and have any stains removed immediately.
6 - Do not store household textiles that are not clean and stain free.
Thank you Veterans!

On March 3, 2021, the drycleaning industry hits a major milestone: the 200th anniversary of its official inception — March 3, 1821 — when Thomas L. Jennings (pictured) became the first African American to receive a patent. He called his method of cleaning clothes "dry scouring."

Has this ever happened to you: You are taking your clothes out of the dryer when you notice that the load is covered with horrible colored stains. Upon closer inspection, you find leftover pieces of crayon in the dryer.
Crayon stains appear as built-up, shiny, and stiff stains in a variety of colors. The heat from drying melts the crayon material, resulting in stains on the garment.
These stains can usually be completely removed by running the garment through the drycleaning machine.
If any of the stains remain after cleaning, they can generally be removed by your drycleaner through traditional stain removal procedures.
Ties are often made of delicate fabrics (such as silk) and require special care. Whether you've spilled coffee on your favorite tie or are just looking to spruce it up, as a high-quality cleaner we are best equipped to handle it.
PSA: Did you know that dry cleaners can probably remove stains that won't come out in your washing machine?
Some people think their clothes are ruined, but bringing your items to us could breathe new life into your wardrobe.
