Master Tech will remain open and maintain our normal business hours. The Governor has deemed auto repair as an essential business during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis. Our biggest concern is the safety and well-being of our customers and our team members so we are taking precautionary steps to help prevent the spread of the virus.
We have implemented the following procedures:
• We are unable to allow customers access to the office or shop, but we have turned the office window into a drop-off/pick-up window.
• All the technicians are to wash their hands before and after working on each car.
• Each employee works 6 feet or more from each other.
• We are unable to offer the use of the restrooms to customers.
• We continue to wipe down the vehicle before customer pick-up.
We will continue to monitor and respond accordingly while at the same time doing our very best to continue to provide uninterrupted service to our valued customers while also making the safety of our customers and employee a top priority.
