Kevin G. May, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine at his practice, May Medical, located in Tyler, Texas. He provides a wide range of state-of-the-art services, including bioidentical hormone therapy, diabetes management, and heart disease prevention. Dr. May also offers a variety of innovative treatments for chronic conditions, like thyroid disorders, lipid disorders, and COPD.

Before opening his current practice in Tyler, Dr. May proudly served the Department of Veterans Affairs from 2008 until 2014. While at the VA, Dr. May held various positions, including section chief of the Tyler VA Medical Clinic, chief of compensation and pension at the Dallas VA Medical Center, and finally as the chief medical officer of the two largest outpatient clinics at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System in San Antonio.
Graduating from Abilene Christian University, Dr. May earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He finished his residency in internal medicine at the university hospitals within the University of Texas system in San Antonio. A native of Dallas, Dr. May is happy to return to the Rose Capital of America, a city that has always captivated his heart.
