I had my first dental visit which included x-rays, cleaning and examination during the COVID-19 pandemic with Dr. Tydeman and Rochelle and never felt safer or better cared for. Mayerle and Tydeman Dental has gone above and beyond in reconfiguring their office and practices and yet remain caring to put me at ease with the ever threat of the darn crowned devil (COVID-19) that has upended life as we have known. I strongly recommend anyone who is uncertain in returning for dental care to give them a try. Thanks so much for excellent dental care and keep up the good work and the broad smiles!

I don’t usually write reviews but had to share my opinion about this dentist office. I am so happy I switched to this warm friendly office with professional, competent people. You feel right away it’s a good place. Dr. Tydeman is nice, funny and gentle, which is key for me. Gwen, the hygienist is also caring and gentle with wonderful results. I had an emergency recently that he fit me in and made everything right. Great place and people. 5 stars are not enough.

Our new air disinfection units utilize a proven technology commonly used in hospital HVAC systems called Photocatalytic Oxidation (PCO). These charged ions, referred to as Hydroxyl Radicals (HO), are powerful oxidizers that destroy particles as small as .001 microns. HEPA systems only filter particles down to
.300 microns! These units continuously emit HO for on contact removal of contaminants.
During this pandemic we continue to screen all patients and follow strict protocols, these units are just one more layer of protection for our patients and our team members :)

Hello my name is Porscha. I was born and raised on the Oregon Coast. I knew from my early high school years I wanted to be a hygienist. I received my Bachelors degree from the Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls. I have been a hygienist for a little over 10 years. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my niece, nephew, and dogs. I also enjoy hiking, working out, hunting, and fishing. I look forward to meeting and helping you achieve not just your personal oral heath goals but improve your over all health.

Our next wonderful hygienist to introduce is Gwen! Gwen has been “practicing “ hygiene for nearly 4 decades! She loves learning about her patients and their journeys through life. She says she learns something everyday by listening to them! She very much enjoys helping our patients achieve or maintain their oral health, which is the first step to overall health.
When we found Gwen she was looking for a family practice that was energetic and fun to work-in. We are so glad we were able to check that box for her and we are very lucky to have her! We love Gwen's outgoing personality and fun stories! In her free time she enjoys gardening, reading, hiking and camping. She is a wonderful mom to 2 boys, wife, friend and colleague.
