MBV Engineering is proud to be a part of the engineering team and groundbreaking ceremony of the Space Coast Town Centre. Construction is about to commence on the phase 1 infrastructure and the development of the first parcel, being a 300 Unit Mid-Rise Apartment complex, Integra Station.
Space Coast Town Centre is a brand new, 170-acre unique mixed-use community located on SR 192 (Space Coast Parkway) and I-95 in Florida’s Space Coast, West Melbourne, FL. The neighborhood will provide live/work/play options to millennials, local employees, empty nesters and retirees. Numerous prime locations are currently available for sale or lease ranging between just under 1 acre up to 35 acres or more.
The future home of the East Coast Christian Center, at the SW corner of Viera Blvd. and Tavistock Drive, will begin construction soon. The new worship center will feature a 17,000 sq. ft. auditorium with seating for 570 worshippers. This construction is targeted for completion in 2021.
Indian River Surveying is providing construction surveying services for Precise Construction for a new 68,000 sf medical office building on 9.5 acres in Vero Beach, Florida.
Indian River Surveying is now using drone capabilities to carryout topographic survey of the same quality as highly accurate measurements collected by traditional methods, but in a fraction of the time. This substantially reduces the cost of a site survey and the workload of specialist in the field.
MBV Engineering is honored to be the civil Engineer of record for the Blue Dog Project In Vero Beach. The Blue Dog project was comprised of the renovation of a +/- 4,000 sf historic building in downtown Vero Beach. In additional to internal renovations, the project featured site improvements such as a structured parking lot, perimeter fencing, and landscape improvements.
