Hello, I’d like to introduce myself. I’m Matt, and this is my wife, Shelly. We both love living in Colorado and enjoy hiking, snowshoeing and roasting s’mores over a crackling fire in the mountains. You can also find us walking our dog, Wiggins, everywhere. We rescued him from the humane society, and he definitely keeps us on our toes and moving.
I’ve been doing remodeling, carpentry, decorating, and home improvement work of all kinds since the late 1990’s, and have a proven track record of integrity and reliability.
I take on all kinds of tasks and jobs. Customers usually fall into one of five types of needs: handyman work, repeat maintenance, larger scale remodels, carpentry and painting. I also provide good-old labor service, with gloves, a lot of sweat, and a jug of water. No problem. I like to work outdoors as much indoors; a lot of jobs have elements of both. Throughout the course of a year, MC Services needs all types of those assignments to have a healthy business. We can handle virtually any non-load bearing remodeling issue or scope of work. We refer structural load work to a contractor that is insured for that type of work, who often works in conjunction with myself or my team. Each year is different, but I’m well versed and experienced in all kinds of residential and light commercial needs.
I’m insured for finish electrical, and on more aggressive comprehensive remodels, where rough-in electrical is needed, that also gets referred to one of a number of electricians I have worked closely with in the past. Finish plumbing in kitchens and bathrooms and basements is done in-house, and again, any rough-in plumbing is referred. I will do everything from a simple carpentry handyman visit up to a three-month or more remodel as examples, so please don’t feel your job is too small, or too large.
Workers compensation coverage is vital to the larger jobs where that type of insurance covers employees, and general liability insurance covers me in almost all situations. MC Services manages risk for any type of situation and carries both types.
