We don't use the standard leases that you can buy from an office supply store or the FARBAR leases as we don't believe these afford you the Owner enough legal protection. We have hired a trusted attorney that exclusively deals with landlord and tenant laws and leases. We believe in giving our Owners the best lease possible which is individually written up for your home by an attorney who specializes in Florida lease law. We do this for ALL our Owners at OUR expense we cover the cost out of the leasing fee. How long is the lease? We recommend yearly renewable leases providing the tenants keep the home in good shape and pay their rent on time.

Security of your property- How often do you inspect my home? -Every home should be inspected weekly when vacant and twice a year when tenanted. We do a detailed bi annual inspection and take photographic and time stamped images as proof that your tenants are keeping the home in good condition! Did you now that even in the current climate we have been able to safely do our inspections by the power of Zoom technology! Also the Owner expects their dream home to be kept in excellent condition. 3. Understand your contract and lease- The lease you sing upon moving into the home is a legally binding contract. t’s the most important document regarding your tenancy as it defines the terms of the lease. As such, you need to make sure that you fully understand the terms of the contract. This is to prevent you from unknowingly breaking these terms and facing legal consequences.
