My office will email a word form of a Living Will to you at no cost. In these scary times it is important to have as many of your affairs in order as possible. A Living Will informs your family and medical personnel of your wishes in the event you are unable to communicate those wishes. Please consider completing your Living Will. We will continue to do everything we can to address your legal issues. Madison County courts and many surrounding counties are only conducting “essential” hearings. We understand each legal issue is essential to you and your life. If you have an upcoming court date feel free to contact us about the status. Otherwise you will be receiving communication from our office regarding changes to hearing dates.
