At 80 year's of age, Mr. Nelson gets out to race his C6 supercharged Corvette and this C4 Corvette at the track every chance he gets. He has been racing in the Kansas City area since the 1960's and has great stories about the racing scene in and around the Kansas City area. If you see him at a track, stop by and talk to him. He is one of a kind and says "I'll be racing as for as long as they let me!"
After receiving some new brakes, rubber and a redo of the wheels, this 1997 Camaro SS powered by a 383 LT1 is ready to hit the streets!
We remember those who gave all so we could live free. Thank you.
To once again stress the importance of taking your possible new vehicle purchase to an independent shop for an inspection, we bring you these photos. This vehicle was being sold by a local dealer, disclosed that it had previous damage, but claimed that there was NO frame damage. The first picture is of the left rear frame rail in it's current "comprised" state. Please, have it checked BEFORE you buy.
This creamy cruiser 1986 Pontiac Parisianne came to us for a windshield and some exhaust work. With only 69k on the clock, it really takes you back to a time before the minivan market took over.
Pretty cool 1968 Firebird 400 H.O. 4 speed. Green on hold with what's believed to be 69k original miles.
This was a pretty interesting project. This 2017 Chevrolet Colorado got a decent boost of 340hp/303ft.lbs of torque from an Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger.
It's hard to believe that it's been nearly 20 years since I sold this then bone stock '89 Formula to it's current owner. He's done a ton of work to it since then, including a 5 speed swap and added his own touches. Unfortunately, it comes to us this time due to a local quick lube shop not paying attention to how low the car is and how tall the rail on the lube pit is. So, it received a new oil pan and exhaust reconstruction courtesy of said shop!
