The great team at PETSinc have helped her come a long way in her healing process. She is heartworm positive and is still receiving her treatments. Thomasina is a sweet girl who loves to be pet. She’s got a great personality and just wants a family to love and care for her. Our paralegals are client-focused and manage their cases from intake through disbursement. They are responsible for gathering and arranging evidence, including medical records and other legal documents, for attorney review and case preparation while keeping their clients informed along the way.
Skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Two years experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
• Excellent communication and organization abilities
• Ability to multi-task
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• Able to uphold confidentiality at all times
• Strong ability to prioritize caseload and daily tasks
• Great customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
• Experience with Time Matters or similar case management system is a plus
