The staff here at the Mediapolis Vet Clinic hope this message finds you all well! 🙂 We are just giving a friendly reminder to all our lovely clients that we are CURBSIDE Service only. Our staff can not serve your pets safley unless you are in your vehicles when we come out. We have signs posted on all windows of the clinic and the front door instructing you on the service we are providing. People are still wandering in when the door is opened from a technician that is outside with an appointment or knocking on the door. Our number one goal is to keep everyone safe. Please do your part and stay in your vehicle. We will all get through this together 🐾🐶🐱

Proud parents-to-be Sugar and Jo would like to announce that they are expecting! Miss Sugar (on the left) was an excellent patient today and Mr. Jo (on the right) was such a sweet boy who just wanted his butt scratches! Congratulations to the sweetest Mini Donkeys around!
Our clinic has been very busy lately! We have Tri-pod, a 6 week old orange long haired tiger. She was found over by the school with a broken leg and Dr. Thomas fixed her up and she is ready to go home! We also have Esme. Esme was surrendered to the clinic with a broken leg. She also had an amputation. She is a 7 month old white and grey short haired SPAYED female. The last little girl we have is Magic. She is a 15 week old black short haired female. She is the only one with all 4 legs!!! Adoptions through the clinic are something that we can do to make even the slightest difference is someone's life. We have discounted prices of these lovlies and they are ready to go home TODAY!! The adoption process is very simple. Veterinary offices cannot function without technicians, their contributions are often underestimated. With the continuing situation of COVID-19 and the ongoing election, we know life is busy! We simply ask that if you have an appointment currently scheduled with us for your pets or you are going to schedule something in the future, please notify us of all the issues you are concerned with. If something develops before the appointment arrives, please call us and we will add it to the appointment notes for the doctor. We only have 2 doctors, and they are working hard to give the best care and when concerns are left out at booking, we cannot allot for the appropriate amount of time. It's a bit of a long watch, but if you've ever wondered what it really is like to be a veterinarian, please consider watching. Her thoughts and observations are especially important as we all become more and more exhausted with the current climate we live in. We LOVE what we do and we LOVE our patients and clients, but please realize that if you are having a hard day that we have days like this more often than you could imagine. We give it our all as long as we can give it and sometimes to our own detriment. Dr Thomas lost a classmate to suicide two years after starting practice and depression and compassion fatigue are real.
Let's all make it a goal to be kind to one another :-)

Hello Facebook Friends!!! We received a call about a dog roaming. He was seen in the vicinity of Huron and 40th just East of HWY 99. North of the "Big Ditch". He is a male with a black collar. He was very friendly and seems to be well kept. The person that saw him does not have him currently. He is still roaming. If anyone knows who he may belong to, please notify them that he is still running.
