1- We will request patients to wear FACIAL MASKS while in our office.
2- Waiting area is for PATIENTS ONLY (unless the patient is a minor requiring a legal guardian or patients requiring physical assistance of a guardian/family member)
3- Please look for the BLUE ZONES 🟦. It may look like the Candyland game in our office, but we so appreciate you helping us keep a 6 ft distance by staying within a BLUE ZONE. 🔵🟦🔷 Plexiglass has also been installed at our front desk and equipment which allows an additional layer of protection.
4- We will also be asking you to reschedule your appointment if any of the following apply:
❌ If you have experienced flu like symptoms, are feeling sick, have had any symptoms of a respiratory infection within the last 14 days,
❌ If you have traveled outside the state within the last month
❌ If you have been in contact with anyone who has traveled outside the state or been in contact with someone who has been infected in the last month
***Please note that we have also reduced our schedule to prevent overlap when possible and to allow time to for the additional CDC requirements, therefore Walk-In appointments are limited and we highly encourage you to call to schedule an appointment.
