Job Description/Requirements -
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for providing assistance and support to the Director of Operations, which may include the following and other related duties:
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, emails, letters, and forms
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Support director and office staff with clerical tasks
• Project coordination and management
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other common office equipment
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
An effective Administrative Assistant will need to be an efficient multi-tasker who is professional, task-oriented and has great attention to detail.

A patient recently shared this picture with me from her delivery.
I delivered my first baby as a medical student 30 years ago. I have delivered thousands of babies over that time. This picture, though, is the first I remember seeing that shows me holding a newborn, seconds after birth. It reminded me of what an incredible experience every birth is, and how incredibly fortunate I am to briefly hold that new life in my hands. I am grateful to all those patients who have allowed me to play a part in their lives. I look forward to delivering and holding more babies.

**COVID-19 & Your Appointment - Office Update**
In light of the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, the following changes are Effective Immediately:
*Face Coverings are Required to enter the office and Must be worn the entire time you are in the office
*Patients will NOT be allowed to be accompanied by a visitor/support person at their appointment.
Exception: Underage patients (under 18), patients needing a translator, or disabled patients may have a support person if needed.
*If you are scheduled for an early gender ultrasound, anatomy ultrasound (20 week), or a 4D ultrasound, ONE support person may accompany the patient to be present for the ultrasound Only.
You can NOT video record ultrasounds nor visits
*Patients may FaceTime during OB appointments and ultrasounds
*If you are symptomatic, pending a COVID-19 test result or live in the same household with a COVID-19 positive person, please call us to reschedule your appointment.
