Good Morning everyone. We are still currently working Curbside but we are working on protocols to get our wonderful clients back into the building.
In October we will have some new instructions for your appointment. We will still need you to call and stay in your vehicle when you arrive. When we are ready to have you come in we will let you know. We will try to make this a smooth transition.
We also understand that some of our clients will prefer Curbside going forward. We understand and we will continue to help keep you and your family safe. When we get all the kinks worked out I will let you know how we are going to manage keeping everyone safe and still provide your loving pets wonderful care. Be Patient and kind and we will take care of your family like you are our family!
Have a wonderful weekend!

This morning a nice gentleman named Dennis was protecting this beautiful Barred owl from getting hit on Lakeshore Blvd. Michelle was able to bring him to the office. Dr McLaren and Dr Hornick managed to take xrays an access his injuries. He is now at the Medina Raptor center and we are so grateful for everyone's help. Hopefully his fracture will mend.
Good Morning. Please have all animals on a leash or in a closed carrier. Safety First.
What would make your weekend wonderful? A nice little catnap or some fun in the Sun? Show us how your pet pals will be spending the weekend! Happy Friday :)
It is Vet Tech Week. I would like to take a moment to thank my hard working staff. Every day they come in prepared to take on the world. I have walked in on so many special moments. Moments like the extra snuggle for the patient that really needed it. That hug for the client that had to say goodbye. They work long hours and some days never sit down. I am proud of all of you.
Thank you for making such a difference every day!
It just might be time for a nap!
I have watched Dr. McLaren raise orphaned kittens for years. She has made such a difference for so many. These beautiful fosters will be up for adoption soon, through the Lake humane society. I don't know how she does it. These kittens have been raised with true love and kindness. She is awesome.
Can you believe Thanksgiving is two weeks away? Here are a few safety tips.

Hello Everyone. As you know it has been a long rough year. We want to try and have a little fun at the hospital. This year we are going to have a little fundraising game. The month of December we will be accepting donations for the Lake Humane Society. When you donate a $1 you will receive a coin to be placed in the jar of your favorite staff member. I will count their jars at the end of the month and whomever has the most coins gets to "Pie" the boss in the face. Please see the receptionist for details. Let's have some fun and raise some money for the Lake Humane society.
Good Morning, We are not selling Lake County Dog tags this year. The list below should help you obtain one.
Thank you.
We would love to see your favorite Christmas photos of your fur kids. The Holidays are almost here. If you need to refill meds or schedule appointments please give us a call. Remember our schedules change around the Holidays, allowing our Doctors and Staff to get some well deserved time off.
Thank you, to all the clients that have been so generous to donate. The jars are starting to fill up. We are also very thankful for those of you sharing your generosity towards the Doctors and Staff. We're getting spoiled, it is very much appreciated. Happy Holidays!
