Foilyage vs balayage: Much like balayage, foilyage is hand painted in sweeping motions onto the hair, but instead of air drying, the sections are wrapped in foil and placed under heat. This gives an even deeper penetration of color. If you're looking for a brighter blonde look, or you're brunette, chances are you'll want to go with a foilyage. โ

The great news is that both balayage and foilyage provide low maintenance, lived in color!โ
