We appreciate the kind words and could not agree more that we are all in this together. We have served this community alongside Cox Air Care for over 30 years and have always been there to back each other up.
We would also like to give a shout out to the Cox EMS crew and other first responders who did great work on this very difficult call.

This is a post from one of our ground medics who ran a stressful call recently. Even though the aircraft is from our “competition” down the street, we can’t show enough appreciation when both teams come together to help someone in need. We may fly different colors, but in the end we have the same goal! Thanks for the help Mercy Lifeline!!
“Tonight, I feel blessed... Knowing I live in a community that has amazing clinical providers (regardless of the logo on the side of the ambulance or helicopter) at the ready to respond to an emergency. Arguably, the best in the business. Days like today suck. But I know the sun will rise tomorrow. I know the people around me will always support me. And I know my Robin and my Franky are my number 1.
Seriously though.. That Mercy Life Line crew was TOP NOTCH today. I've not encountered so much support and encouragement from a crew in the field than I did today. #extremeprofessionalism #OneTeamOneMission”
