• Wash hands thoroughly for 20-seconds and carry hand sanitizer with you to use frequently
• Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth
• Disinfect surfaces
• Ensure you are maintaining a physical distance of 6 ft in public spaces

Dignity Health Greater Sacramento area hospitals are celebrating Movember and seven of our organization’s leaders have accepted the challenge to grow a beard/mustache all month long! Our goal is to raise awareness of critical men’s health issues and $10,000 in donations to benefit the Dignity Health Cancer Institute of Greater Sacramento, which will be earmarked to support male patients with limited resources undergoing cancer treatment. On October 22, the @ahanorthernca hosted a free digital Hands-Only CPR training in honor of Sudden Cardiac Awareness Month With a special appearance by Anu Locricchio, Director of Cardiac Services at Dignity Health Sacramento Division. “If performed immediately, CPR can double or triple a cardiac arrest victim’s chance of survival,” said Loricchio.
