Smith have been Board-Certified as Specialists in Civil Trial since 1983, the very first year Specialty Certification was established by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization & Education. Mr. Smith additionally maintains Board Certification in Business and Commercial Litigation and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Belinda B. Lazzara is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law and a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. She also holds Certification in Collaborative Law. Kevin D. Brennan is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. All of the firm’s family law attorneys are members of the Canakaris Family Law Inn of Court, where Kevin and Christin C. Brennan were both named Young Lawyer of the Year in 2010 and 2012, respectively.
