In order to service and protect your home with our cleaning and sanitization processes,we at Merry Maids are also looking at best practices for maintaining social distancing during our visit.
We have enhanced our approach to reflect the following practices
• Merry Maids has implemented daily wellness and temperature checks for employees
• We will call you from the street as we arrive at your home to allow you to unlock your door for entry. This enhances our ability to maintain separation during service
• If you have special instructions for this cleaning, you can provide that detail of us over the phone or leave a note inside your door with any special wishes.
• You can update us on what rooms are unoccupied so we can begin our service without interrupting you or your family.
• Upon completion of work we will notify you, again by phone, that we are finished and departing your home.
We are all concerned about ensuring we are following all guidelines that minimize contact both for your family and for our teammates. Hopefully all our lives will return to normal soon. But during this health event we believe these extra steps are the right thing to do.
Thank you for your understanding, please don’t hesitate to call our office @ 704-824-1110 or message here on FB if you have any questions or if you would like further clarification.

Cleaning tip of the day... ESTABLISH A ROUTINE
No one wants to spend their entire Saturday cleaning house, a proponent of both clean living and free Saturdays. While skeptics doubt the two can go hand in hand, Divide and conquer! Break down the overwhelming task of cleaning into more manageable 30- to 60-minute cleaning sessions so it isn’t paralyzing. Select a specific area to tackle; for example, clean the master bath and bedroom one afternoon, and the living room and dining room the next.
