Team member Jenny Fioravonti has cleaned for a customer since she joined Merry Maids in 2013. After the customer’s daughter adopted a daughter, Jenny and the little girl became fast friends.
Jenny loves interacting with her when she is at the customer's home. “She gives me hugs and I give her stickers.” Jenny said. “But today I felt like I was a part of the family.” Jenny was surprised to receive a homemade mug from her friend!
Whenever Jenny has her coffee, she remembers the connection she made and the love that was shared between a simple hug and a Merry Maids sticker.
