Good hygiene is just as important for your child as it is for an adult. Brush their teeth or help them brush their teeth every morning and evening. Floss daily. Reduce sugary foods, juices and never allow your child to fall asleep with a bottle. If a baby tooth does need to be extracted before the adult tooth is ready to erupt then a space maintainer may be needed to hold the space.
