We are INCREDIBLY excited to announce that the Method brand is expanding!
We've listened to our clients, patients, and friends and a BRAND NEW, membership based training space will be opening next door to the Method Athletics facility in late March/April of 2020.
Alongside this physical expansion will come an expanded list of training services that the Method Athletics team will offer, including off-site and remote coaching options that can be paired with a membership to the facility next door.
Method Powergym is a private training facility located at 704 Center Road in Frankfort, Illinois that caters to those who are looking to train with a purpose. Whether it be athletes, powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, or an average Joe looking for an environment to improve yourself, we have the equipment and space to help you grow.
The facility will have keycard access between the hours of 5AM-11PM and will be staffed M-F 3pm-8pm, Sat/Sun 10am-4pm.
