Check out this 86 unit apartment community coming to life in Brighton! This developer is moving fast as we prepare to start back up on the slab pours. We kicked off this project by paving over 2000 ft of road within 5 days, gaining 6 days on their schedule. When the extended forecast predicts cold temps, we get creative to beat it. On one of the last nice days of this season, our team placed 55,000 sft and 685 cubic yards of concrete in 1 single pour! This is a great example of what a well planned and executed process of prepping and pouring high volume concrete in a short period of time. This one was special as it is a rare opportunity to have 2 pump trucks pouring at the same time and over 30 concrete guys on 1 job.
