We are pumped to announce we have the green light to re-open on Monday 5/18/2020! We have enjoyed helping you through this challenging time via the computer, email, calls, texts but are excited to see you all back at Metzgerbodies personal training and fitness. The energy of one on one personal training is second to none. Your trainers will be reaching out to you all to set your appointments. We have everything ready to stay sanitized. Enough Lysol disinfectant spray and hand sanitizer to kill Covi19 and all of its family members too. Your safety is our top priority! Lets get back to those heart pumping workouts! See you Monday!
Todays protein shake to fill you body with refreshing nutrients to powercharge you through your morning. Strawberry cucumber apple.
Mix all in a blender:
1 cup crushed ice
8 to 10 ounces water
1/4 cubed cucumber
1/4 cubed green apple
8 strawberries frozen or fresh
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder ( whey protein isolate )
3 tbs of strawberry flavored oikos triple zero Greek yogurt

The changes are simply complying with the mandates that have been put in place. We are doing 1 on 1 personal training by appointment only. We are keeping with the social distancing of 6ft. or more.
