For over 15 years Gino and Maurizio have been serving the Garfield area. Gino attended culinary school at the age of 15 in Italy; he took his culinary skills to South Italy and worked in Germany for 3 years. Gino settled in the U.S. in 1986 and since then Gino has been an Italian chef throughout Northern New Jersey preparing old classic dishes for great people. It was here in the U.S. where he met and became a restaurant owner with Maurizio who has also been in the culinary business for most of his life. Maurizio comes from a line of family owned restaurants and specializes in Italian cuisine and catering.
