Prior to treatment, both masseter muscles were enlarged although her right masseter was larger then her left causing a facial asymmetry as well.

Although it will take 4-6 weeks to see the benefits of the Sculptra treatment, what I want to point out in this immediate post procedure photo is that by targeted placement of filler (in this case, Sculptra), you can lift the face and the eyebrows.

In this video, I use a combination of the VBeam, a pulse dye laser, and a fractional CO2 laser to treat a post surgical scar.
The goal of the treatment is to reduce redness, smooth out the scar texture, address areas of hypertrophy and improve the overall look of the scar.
In my opinion, it is never too late to treat a scar. These scars can also be treated relatively early after surgery, actually as soon as sutures are removed. In my opinion, earlier treatment helps “modulate scar formation” and reduces chance of a hypertrophic scar.
