I received two tickets about 5 months ago and contacted Michael based on some glowing reviews I found online. Due to the pandemic, the case was delayed greatly, but Michael was very prompt, responsive and helpful no matter when I contacted him looking for updates. He made it clear he had everything controlled and was keeping due diligence with the court seeing that delays would not affect me in the interim.
