Michael D. Chacey, MD is a board-certified pulmonology specialist who most recently completed his pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus. Dr. Chacey is the author of numerous articles, abstracts and presentations, and has been honored with several awards, including the University of Kansas Medical Centers Susan K. Pingleton Service Award. He was also a finalist for the Arnold P. Gould Humanism in Medicine Award. Dr. Chacey has donated substantially of his time and professional skills to organizations such as the JayDoc Free Clinic in Kansas City, Kan., and was the co-founder of the Fort Hays Chapter of the American Medical Student Association. Dr. Chacey received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
