Self-Care = Sleep = Good Digestion = Healthy Immune System
- Good Self-Care practices, like taking a walk after a healthy dinner or light stretching before going to bed will help lead to a good night sleep. When you have good sleeping habits, your Immune System will strengthen, your Parasympathetic Nervous System (one of three parts of your Autonomic Nervous System) will kick in and your body will go into Rest, Digest and Recovery mode during this period of sleep. This is when your body recovers and heals as the heart rate slows and digestion activity occurs... a good night sleep is so important to your overall good health!

It can involve something simple, like taking a bath at the end of the day with a little Epsom salt added to help you relax or a cup of herbal tea, like mint or chamomile. Try to show yourself love everyday and especially now, be kind to yourself and give yourself a much deserved break whenever you think you might need one...
