About

Michelle M. Starke, MD, FACOG strives to provide comprehensive and holistic care for women of all ages. By combining conventional gynecological services with anti-aging and restorative medicine, her unique practice focuses on the complete health of each patient. Dr. Starke sees you as a whole woman, instead of a list of symptoms, and she offers solutions that fit your lifestyle and health choices.
As an expert in perimenopause and menopause, Dr. Starke recommends bioidentical hormones and compounded therapies to treat hormonal deficiencies. She offers testing for nutritional status, determining which vitamins and minerals you may lack, and provides weight loss counseling. Her whole-person approach also includes evaluation for dietary sensitivities and toxic build-up.
Dr. Starke received her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, then graduated with her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, where she was honored to be chief resident.
She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Starke is also a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Starke is on the active staff at South Miami Hospital, where she currently serves on the Patient Safety Partnership Committee. She is also a volunteer assistant professor at Nova Southeastern University.
