Some things you want to consider to have fresh and clean mouth. A good quality toothbrush. Preferably an electric toothbrush like the #sonicare which turns off after 2 minutes. When looking for a toothpaste, make sure it ha.s fluoride in it, any will do but I prefer #colgate. My favorite floss has to be #glide and #costco has the best value. You get six for the price of 3 and I keep one in my car, my purse and every bathroom in the house. Next I use the tongue scraper from #mrtung on #amazon. Debris, bacteria, and dead cells can build up on your tongue over time. This can lead to bad breath and have a negative impact on your overall oral health. Most of the bacteria in our mouth is found on the tongue. Lastly I use Act mouth rinse with fluoride to protect against cavities while I sleep. Happy to share links, just DM me.

Drinks that are high in acid (wine, lemonade, coffee, soda) can soften our enamel. If you brush your teeth immediately after drinking coffee, it can further damage the enamel and the dentin that lies underneath it (the layer of tissue that lives under the enamel). If you wait 30 minutes after drinking coffee before brushing your teeth, you are giving the enamel a chance to harden again to protect the dentin. To prevent the acid from damaging your teeth, you could drink a glass of water right after which acts like a buffer from the acid. Drink from a straw. Don't sip your coffee, but rather drink it in one sitting. Use an electric toothbrush. And lastly get your teeth professionally whitened and cleaned by your dentist if you see visible stains!
