Mici is short for our family name, Miceli. We're locals now, but have roots deep in Italian soil. In our family, food is a big deal. Recipes served in our restaurants have been handed down for generations. Our pizza dough is made fresh daily with only five ingredients, our meatballs are hand-rolled, our sauces simmer to perfection and our family-recipe sausage is made with a simple blend of pork, spices and Romano cheese (nothing you can't pronounce). We use uncured, nitrate-free pepperoni and hormone-free chicken breast. We use imported Parmigiano-Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma. Our children eat a lot of Mici, so it's important for us to serve healthy foods that we feel good about serving our family and yours!
