We are happy to announce that our highly anticipated office renovation is completed. We appreciate your patience while we gave our office a much needed facelift in order to serve you better.
Come celebrate our new look at our open house, TONIGHT, from 4-7 pm. We look forward to seeing you in our fresh, newly renovated space!
Midstates Builders has been working hard to refresh the units at CHI Spencer Manor. Working for Community Housing Initiatives to update these affordable housing units should keep us busy until April 2021. Some residents have already had their units completed; all of which have their own washers and dryers in-unit. Midstates continues to make all efforts to work in a safe environment and keep each other healthy. Sometimes the crews are spread out and working individually but they don the mask when they have to get up close and personal giving their partners a hand.
Are you getting ready to ring in the New Year? We are planning to start 2021 off right after removing this 2,000 pound bell from First United Church in Sioux Rapids. The upper bell tower itself was removed brick by brick after deficiencies were found... relocating the bell was the first step in the process. The bell is a 44 inch cast iron bell, cast in Northville, Michigan by the American Bell Foundry Company. The American Bell Foundry produced several sizes of church bells from 1896 to 1920 so the bell is at least 100 years old! It is believe that this bell went up around 1913 with the church but we are still looking for answers on that. Call Midstates Builders for all your building (and demolition) needs!

Our local Midstates Builders gave a large donation to People for Pets this week. This company and its owners are the perfect reason to shop local. They always step up and ask..."what can we do to help". Not only do they donate financially but are so great to work with on any project that comes up. Oh yes, did I mention they have adopted 4 special needs dogs and gave them the expensive vet care they need and the most loving home that we can imagine!

Thank you to Mike Harleman for dropping by this morning to deliver our Challenge Coin for our donation towards the Spencer Trail Replacement initiative! Spencer is such a beautiful city and our trails help us safely and comfortably enjoy it to the fullest.
This summer Midstates Builders got the opportunity to work with the Spencer YMCA installing the new playground canopy structure. We were almost as excited as the kids were when it was all done and loved working with a great community leader. Thank you YMCA!
