Amatus Health is proud to be taking courses on Diversity and Inclusion to better represent the many races, cultures, thoughts and ideas that our corporate office and treatment centers have to offer.
Our Diversity and Inclusion trainer, Lawrence Williams, says “When a company is diverse it will include a wide variety of people of different races or cultures... Experiencing diversity is a part of a civilized society where differences do not equal a right way or wrong way, it is variety that can lead to a common goal.”

Last week we took PHP clients to the Toledo Botanical Gardens! It was an awesome experience. We were fortunate enough to have one of the grounds staff come over and give us some great info on the plants that we were checking out. We used all of our senses on this excursion, as the staff member allowed us to taste and smell some of the plants growing in the garden. The gardens are not only home to beautiful flowers and garden spaces, but also to some amazing sculptures that we took some great pics with. We wrapped up our visit with some quiet time for meditation and reflected on our day!
