State Farm gave big credits to drivers during the pandemic. Customers of Allstate, Geico and other insurers are now suing for larger premium cuts.

The catastrophic power outage in Texas has impacted agent offices nationwide. We currently are without system, email or phone access. You will experience infinite ringing if attempting to contact the office and we are unable to receive email/text requests.
At this time our corporate partners are working diligently to restore service. We realize this may cause inconvenience and appreciate your patience as State Farm works to get back up and running. There has not been an announced ETA for recovery at this time.
If you are subject to an accident on today’s snowy roads, or require emergency road service, proceed to call 911 and request assistance. If your policy carries “Emergency Road Service” coverage, you can request assistance from any local tow company and request reimbursement after the tow/service.
