Michael Roy started his career at Valley Tech Trade School where he was exposed to different trades, Architectural Drafting, Carpentry, Air conditioning and Refrigeration. While going to school and summer vacations he worked for a new home builder learning all phases of home finishing. Eventually focusing on painting and flooring where he became Foreman for several years. Finally starting Mike?s Paintworks and Hardwood Floor Finishing in 1994.
