We are very excited to welcome Dr. Rachael Harding to our team!!!
Rachael earned her doctorate in physical therapy in 2017 from Misericordia University in Dallas, PA. Since graduating, Rachael has attended continuing education courses and received certifications in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and movement screening assessments, including the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA). Rachael is passionate about delivering one-on-one, hands-on care and designing multi-faceted rehabilitation programs that are individually tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each and every patient, so that her patients can effectively overcome their pain and achieve lasting results. When she is not treating patients, Rachael enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as keeping active by running, playing soccer, and hiking.

Jillian graduated with her bachelor’s degree in health sciences in 2019 with a concentration in pre- physical therapy. She has aspirations to become a physical therapist and is in the process of applying to doctorate programs now. She has worked in a multitude of offices with different patient populations and a variety of plans of care. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, spending time outdoors and being creative.

CHILDREN'S HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE!!! Mile High Physical Therapy will be collecting donations to make a difference in a child's life this holiday season! Our toy collection will take place from November 9th - December 12th.
Please donate your toys for a boy or girl, infant-16 years old. All toys must be NEW and UNWRAPPED.
The Children's Holiday Toy Drive donations will go to Child and Family Resources of Morris County for children and families in need this holiday season.
