I talked to the owner Bob and told him what I thought might be the issue and to see if I could get a quote. He was very nice and was asking me questions to try to get an idea what was going on with my vehicle... I thought it might be a transmission issue... which was not the case at all after I had it towed to the shop and they were able to see it in person. To make a long story short the expedition was serviced for a power steering Issue and another minor fluid change job and it was all done on a timely manner. I though the price was fair and communication with Bob was fantastic... I received multiple calls from him and he responded to my texts within minutes. His employees are professional and knowledgeable as I was able to meet and talk to a couple of them when I was in there a couple times when they first received my vehicle and when I went back to pay for the final invoice and pick up the truck.
