Our Firm has been in business since July 15, 1980. We are currently a staff of 9, including our broker, Jason Hutton. Our staff is fully trained in all aspects of property management and we are constantly kept up to date regarding changes in Landlord/Tenant Laws. We are a full service management company. We take care of all aspects of handling the property to include screening of tenants, placement of tenant on property lease/rental agreements, collection or rents, all necessary repairs and upkeep, plus payment of all bills in connection with real property. Owners are supplied with a monthly operating statement showing all activity for their units, plus a year to date spreadsheet. Receipts for all items paid are attached to the monthly statement. We also provide inspections of the property upon request and make recommendations as to improvements needed.
