Millennium Maintenance & Power Sweeping is a fully self-performing facilities maintenance and construction company specializing in power sweeping. Our modern fleet of sweepers including hydraulically powered PM-10 certified regenerative air sweepers, tier 4 mechanical broom sweepers, waterless sweepers and assorted specialized equipment. We have four locations: Medford, Massachusetts; Pawtucket, Rhode Island; the lakes region, New Hampshire and Hartford, CT site. We also offer roll off/dumpster rentals.
At Millennium Maintenance & Power Sweeping, Inc we are determined to adopt environmentally-friendly practices as they become practicable for our industry. We have LEEDS certified project managers on staff to help us identify and adopt practices that are less harmful to our environment. We proudly recycle roughly 80% of our sweeping debris and have recently participated in a research project in partnership with a local municipality to reduce stormwater runoff utilizing regenerative air sweepers.
Safety is our top priority at Millennium. Fully licensed and insured, we are members of the Massachusetts Safety Council, North American Power Sweeping Association, The Snow and Ice Management Association. Our operators are fully licensed, trained, and OSHA certified to ensure the highest levels of safety precautions are taken at all jobs. We also employ a full-time safety officer to routinely review our policies and ensure all safety requirements are met. Millennium’s Safety First program has mandatory monthly meetings at our corporate offices to review and policy changes.
