Mindset Mental Coaching helps people live with passion and purpose in their sport, work and personal lives.

Our founder, Lynne Couchara, started the company after a successful career in the corporate world, where she found that many people were unhappy and not enjoying their lives. This inspired her to leave her corporate job and start Mindset Mental Coaching.

We use hypnosis, meditation, NLP and other methods to help people bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. For some, this means becoming a professional athlete. For others, it means building confidence and self-esteem, or learning how to effectively manage stress and anxiety. Whatever it means for you, we will help you get there.

Contentment is one of the five niyamas (obervances) of raja yoga. These are constructive tools for cultivating happiness and self-confidence.
