This article sums up the crazy times we are living in! Nationwide, and even outside the US, veterinary clinics are experiencing an unprecedented increase in appointment load and emergency cases. There are many different reasons for this, and we are constantly working on solutions.
Thank you for your patience when you call our office. We currently have 6 receptionists using multiple phone lines and a texting system, and at times we still struggle to keep up! We are booking weeks in advance for some routine appointments because we are still getting clients in that we were unable to see when the pandemic began this spring. Please bear with us, and remember that we are all here to do our very best for you and your pets.
