Extensions aren’t just for long mermaid hair! Extensions are also for creating fullness and filling in thinner areas. Liz already had beautiful hair (thanks to @brettwilson77) but...she unfortunately had experienced postpartum hair loss (same🙋🏼♀️) and was wanting to feel like herself again. We did one row of @mbhairco hand tied extensions for fullness. The entire appointment took one hour. Swipe to check out the difference this made on her!

✨Let’s talk hair extensions!✨ I have always had fine-ish hair that would never grow past a certain length. Throw in a couple of babies, crazy stress levels at times, and a thyroid disorder (#hashimotos) and it’s a real struggle. Meanwhile I own a salon that celebrates helping women LOVE what they see in the mirror. I didn’t when it came or my hair. I know it’s just hair and it’s not who I am but it bothered me. Some women get lashes, or a tan, or do their nails every week. It’s your life and as long as you are doing it for you (and not someone else) then you should do whatever makes you feel the best and be your best 🙌🏼. I spent years trying clip ins and tape ins and I felt like Goldilocks (and the three weaves) who couldn’t get it just right. Then came @brynnreed and @mbhairco and I fell in love. I could actually put my hair in a high pony 👱🏼♀️, it wasn’t damaging, the hair was amazing quality, the application was quick and you only invest in the hair every 6-9 months! Your hair is an accessory you wear every👏🏼single👏🏼day👏🏼 - you should LOVE it! Do you need extensions, or a tan, or lashes to be beautiful? Absolutely NOT! But if it’s something that YOU want then why the heck not. It’s 2020 and there are no rules 🤣.
