Afternoon all! Wanted to make a quick post and thank everyone that supported us this past week. Grant and I ended up in second place in the stick shift class of the Rocky Mountain race week. This is an incredible accomplishment that we are extremely proud about. We couldn’t do this without you guys! For those that don’t know what it is, Grant and I loaded up in the 07 Sti and drove over 1,000 miles and raced it at 4 different tracks this past week in Oklahoma and Kansas. This is an endurance race to say the least. The car had zero issues and completed the race flawlessly. Being one of the first Subaru’s to compete in this race, complete it, and have a podium finish is epic! We also reset our PB with the car turned down for the event, 9.5 at 155MPH! Best trap speed of the week was 158mph. Bens tune up in the car always spot on 💪🏽🙏🏾 Still running our MM STX engine. Good morning all. With these very cold, freezing temperatures the cars may act differently, than in normal temperatures. Please be patient with them, and store them inside if possible. If you are going to drive them, make sure to give the car plenty of time to warm up. You can’t just jump in and expect everything to work when the temperature has been in the negatives for hours. During the warm up, keep an eye on coolant temps to make sure the coolant is circulating as it should. Forced Performance Turbochargers Yesterday at 12:56 PM · Shawn Abedi of Misfire Motorsports piloted his FP Super 99 powered STI to a second place finish in an all Subaru final in the Stick Shift Pro class at TX2K! This full weight street car's Haltech ECU was calibrated by BW Tuning and put down 950whp with a personal best E.T. of 9.3 @ 159.95 mph. Shawn was runner up in the Stick Shift class at Rocky Mountain Race Week last year and will be competing again this year.
