"How can I explain? I stumbled upon Mission Insurance Agency one day a couple of years ago. I was trying to find a phone number for my home insurance. I was getting recording after recording after recording and could NOT find a person.
When I called the next number, which ended up being the wrong number, I was almost in tears. The person on the other end of the phone was kind, understanding and actually helped me figure out what was going on. He, Grayson, explained who he was and what they did. He asked if he could research and get back to me with some better options for my car and home insurance. I was skeptical, but, decided to take the risk.
It was the BEST choice!! Not only did Mission Insurance help me with my original issue (which had nothing to do with them), they listened to me and found a way for me to save money for my home and car.
Yes, it's nice to save money, of course. Especially now. But, let me tell you, it's more than that. Every single agent I've spoken to has been professional, knowledgeable, quick to get back to respond, patient.. The list goes on.
My agent Ria is straight up fantastic. I don't know insurance and get confused and frustrated. She is so patient and helpful.
I encouraged my own young adult kids to use Mission Insurance, which they have.
Thank you Mission Insurance Agency for keeping it personal. Thank you for helping me save money. Thank you for reaching out a year later and telling me I can save even more money. WOW! He walked me through all the steps it took to cover all our vehicles and renters insurance explaining in detail what my best options were. In working through my budget each month I noticed the date for auto withdrawal, to pay my policy, was not within my paycheck arrival. So I called Grayson and told him the payment would not be covered and we talked through what could be done and he helped me reschedule my auto pay to another date so my payments would be met and on time.
