Gazetta...you are the nicest lady, and make the most amazing pies.
With the power outages in TX, I spent a couple of nights at a friend's house who had intermittent power. As a thank you, and knowing they loved coconut cream pies, I researched the "best pies" in Dallas and discovered you...I was a bit skeptical, as I'm not originally from the area, but the reviews were all very good. I ordered it late, and you were so welcoming and told me not to worry about picking it up late.
I delivered the gift (pie), and the response from people who have lived here for decades, and know great pies in the area was, "Unbelievable...creamy and the perfect texture. Fluffy and tasty" & "fabulous....glad you expended effort to find her!"...it was the best they've had in the DFW area.
I only wish I had an opportunity to taste it myself, but it was a gift....will be ordering more from you.
