Don't let snow on your roof be the reason for your furnace not working.

A friendly reminder to keep your gas meters clear of ice and your dryer vents clear of snow. Doing this will help keep natural gas and carbon monoxide from backing into your home.
With heavy snow expected please make sure your exhaust vents for your furnace, hot water heater, and any other appliances are clear as well. If they become blocked by snow they can cause deadly carbon monoxide to build up in your house.
Make sure your Heat Tape is Plugged in & working. Turn your heat up a bit higher, open up lower cabinet and vanity doors.
Stay Safe & Keep Warm

Please!!! Check your furnace & water heater roof jacks. It's what brings in fresh air for combustion. No Fresh air...No Ignition or Fire...NO HEAT!!!
This is from a neighbor's home. Let's check our roofs and help our neighbors. We have more snow coming.
