Sweater weather is pretty much a year-round phenomenon in Colorado. Without knowing when the weather will turn on a dime, it is helpful to have trusty sweaters handy.
However, one closet organization tip I use when storing my sweaters is to break them out by season. Heavier sweaters in darker colors that are more appropriate for fall and winter are folded into one storage bin or dresser drawer, with lighter weight and fine gauge knits in the whites, light grey, pink or more spring and summer colors in another.
Keeping the seasonally irrelevant sweaters out-of-sight and out-of-mind will contribute to a stress and mess free closet that still ensures you are set up for whatever the weather throws your way.
